Borussia Dortmund's Mitch Langerak insists he has a healthy rivalry with Australia's other international goalkeepers.
The 25-year old, who is targeting his first international cap against France in Paris on Friday, says there is harmony between he, Chelsea veteran Mark Schwarzer and Club Brugge young gun Mat Ryan as the trio vie for the number one position ahead of the 2014 World Cup.
"Mat's a good boy and I get on really well with Schwarz too. I never want to have problems or an unhealthy rivalry with other keepers I work with," said Langerak.
"That's counterproductive. I always make an effort to get on as well as I can we are members of the same team but only one can play. There's no point in causing problems."
