Palermo have signed Benfica attacker Bryan Cristante.

The former AC Milan midfielder flew to Sicily this week for a medical, and the Rosanero have now officially confirmed he has joined.

“U.S Citta di Palermo announces the signing of Bryan Cristante on loan from Benfica with the option to buy," a statement on the club's official website announced.

“The midfielder, born in 1995, who will wear the number 24 shirt, has joined the Rosanero squad at the training camp in Coccaglio."
