Barcelona have confirmed than Nice have exercised their purchase option for on-loan defender Jean-Clair Todibo.
The Catalan club will receive 8.5 million euros, while the deal also includes a potential further seven million in variables and an undisclosed sell-on percentage.
The operation means that Barcelona have made a profit on Todibo, a player who was not in Ronald Koeman's plans for 2021/22 anyway.
The Frenchman signed for Barcelona for around one million euros from Toulouse in January 2019, after having already agreed a pre-contract to join that summer.
However, the centre back would only go on to make five appearances for the Blaugrana and was loaned out to Schalke, Benfica and then Nice.
