Davide Frattesi is excited to have signed for Inter Milan.

The former Sassuolo midfielder joins on a 12 month loan deal with an option to buy.

“You only have to turn around to understand how big this club is," he said of choosing Inter.

“It all started a year-and-a-half ago when we played against Inter at San Siro. I was struck by the fans and the stadium that day. That was definitely very important for me, so I didn't think twice when I was presented with this opportunity.

“To start off with, I hope to win some trophies, that's for sure. I will bring my commitment, seriousness and hopefully some goals too.

“They're all very good guys. I've known Alessandro Bastoni for a long time because we've done the whole process of the national youth teams together. I can't wait to be his partner at club level as well."
