Chelsea have announced the signing of Brazilian winger Angelo Gabriel from Santos.

The Blues confirmed the 18 year-old's signing on Sunday for an undisclosed fee. Gabriel is a Brazil U20 international.

At 15 years and 308 days, he became the youngest player in history to make his Brasileiro debut when facing Fluminense in October 2020.

He is also the youngest goalscorer in the Copa Libertadores.

Angelo has gone on to score five goals in 129 games for Santos.

The attacker's deal formerly included a first refusal clause for Barcelona which since was waived to clear him to join Chelsea.
