New Doncaster Rovers boss Dean Saunders is chasing QPR duo Danny Shittu and Patrick Agyemang.
The Mirror says centre-half Shittu is only on the fringes of Neil Warnock's side and could head to the Championship's cellar-dwellers on loan.
The powerful Nigerian will be allowed to leave by Rangers, who could also send striker Agyemang to the Yorkshire outfit.
