Dinamo Zagreb manager Zlatko Kranjcar has admitted that Marko Pjaca could be set for a summer exit.

Pjaca managed to impress for the Croatian national team during the European Championships and the 21-year-old is now being courted by the likes of Liverpool and Inter Milan.

Both the Reds and the Nerazzurri have been handed a huge boost in their hopes of signing Pjaca after Kranjcar dropped a huge hint that the winger will be leaving the Croatian outfit this summer.

Kranjcar told FCInterNews: "When I arrived, we had decided that Marko Pjaca would remain here with us until the end of the Champions League qualifiers.

"But now, after the European Championship, everything has changed."
