Mahamadou Diarra is determined to enjoy a big season with Fulham.

The former Real Madrid midfielder is currently enjoying his first pre-season as a Fulham player.

"I'm a lot more familiar with things now," Diarra told fulhamfc.com. "The three weeks of pre-season preparation we've had so far have got me really in tune with the philosophy of the team. It's also enabled me to really discover the other players.

"It's really important, not just me but for all players, to train together as a group."
