Derby County's move for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Mika Vayrynen has stalled.

"The situation is that the financial people are negotiating but, unfortunately, one or two people are moving the goalposts around and changing certain situations," said Rams boss Billy Davies.

"We have got to be very firm with our offers and our valuations. We'll see what happens on that front over the next few days."

Vayrynen did not figure as PSV opened their league campaign with a 2-0 victory over Heracles on Sunday.
