Denmark coach Kasper Hjulmand was pleased with Christian Eriksen's performance against Switzerland.

Manchester United midfielder Eriksen started in the friendly against Switzerland - his first in 2024.

After the 0-0 draw, Hjulmand said: "Christian looks so nice. I think we got what you know Christian has in him. It can be exactly the pass that decides the game.

"It is no coincidence that it also came from Christian today. There were three or four times when he saw something that no one else would have seen.

"It is clear that the rhythm we would like to have in the game, especially in the second half, disappeared a little. There it is important that Christian and our other midfielders get more grip.

"We got hold of the ball too little in the second half, where Christian is at his best. That is where he has his quality"
