Cruzeiro winger Everton Ribeiro insists there's been no formal contact with Manchester United.

United have been linked with the Brazilian League's Player of the Year.

Everton said: "I am on vacations, so I have been out of touch, I am not aware of anything. If there is anything, I'll know when I am back, but I am calm. I had a very good year and I am focused on Copa Libertadores. I'll be back to Belo Horizonte on January 6."
