Former Real Madrid and Sevilla midfielder Isco continues to struggle to find himself a new club.
The midfield schemer has been a free agent since having his contract terminated by mutual consent with Sevilla before Christmas.
After a deal with Mainz fell through in January, Isco chose to sit out the season.
However, new attempts to find a club have stalled, with LigaMX pair Cruz Azul and Pumas turned him down.
Agents for Isco were seeking €5m-a-year from both clubs - which was flatly refused.
He could yet continue in Spain, however, with Rayo Vallecano keen.
