Jody Craddock is delighted a new Wolves deal is to be tabled to him.
The 34 year-old defender has played his way into a new 12-month contract.
Craddock, who scored his fifth goal of the season at Aston Villa in their 2-2 draw, said: "I didn't see a new contract coming. I appreciate it.
"I think my experience has helped me this season. Hopefully I read the game better."
Wolves go to West Ham tomorrow and Craddock added: "We have the confidence and the belief and we don't feel nervous when we go away from home."
