AC Milan hero Billy Costacurta admits he has concerns about their defence.

The Rossonero were defeated at Atalanta 3-2 on Saturday.

“Now Milan must focus on the importance of the Champions League match against Newcastle," said Costacurta.

"Against Atalanta, it's true that they conceded the goal late on, but they conceded a lot of chances before that. (Gian Piero) Gasperini's team shot a lot and had some sensational opportunities.

“18 goals in 15 games is a lot. On the first two goals, Theo Hernandez showed that it's not his role. If you concede so much to a team that has hardly scored in the last few games, it clearly isn't a good situation."
