Club Brugge are closing on a deal for Barcelona attacker Alex Collado.

Collado is set to join Belgian side Alex Collado on a season-long loan.

Collado was an unused substitute in Saturday's win over Stuttgart and Barça confirmed Sunday that he had been given permission to leave the club's camp in Germany.

"Alex Collado is leaving the team's training camp, with permission from the club, pending a resolution over his future," the club said.

Collado, 22, said earlier this summer that he would not return to the B team and that if he could not get minutes for the first team, he would look elsewhere.
