Chester City striker John Rooney is proud of big brother Wayne over his success with England and Manchester United.
John is back in England after a spell in US soccer with New York Red Bulls.
"I'm proud of him, not envious of him," he told the Sunday Express. "That's because he's part of my family. If anyone in my family does well, then I am proud of them too.
"He's out there. He's captain of Manchester United and England. Hopefully he can go on and break the all time goalscoring record for his country.
"He's had a brilliant career and I'm pleased for him. He's a good lad and hopefully there's plenty more years left in him yet.''
