Chelsea's Drogba clashed with Ten Cate

Chelsea striker Didier Drogba sparked a furious row with coach Henk ten Cate at the end of this week's 4-4 thriller at Tottenham, it has been revealed.

The Mirror says angry Drogba shouted at assistant boss Steve Clarke, "What was he doing?" as he left the pitch in a rage at Grant after Chelsea blew the chance to make up ground in the Premier League title race by drawing at Tottenham.

Drogba then carried on his rant into the dressing room as he confronted Dutch coach ten Cate.

Grant took off man-of-the-match Joe Cole and also brought on defender Alex to switch to a three-man defence - even though Chelsea had never used that system before.
