Newcastle United defender Davide Santon admits he has a good relationship with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

Santon has been linked with a move to Chelsea this past week.

He told the Evening Chronicle: "It is good for the Premier League that he is back.

"I always said he was an amazing manager.

"He gave me the chance to play and I always have to say thank you to him."
