Chelsea soften Mount price stand in Man Utd talks

Manchester United have been told £65 million is the price they must pay for Mason Mount.

The Chelsea attacking midfielder is for sale, given he is out of contract next summer.

However, the Blues are playing hard ball, as they also work to sell Kai Havertz to Arsenal.

United, per theMail, have put in bids of £45 million plus bonuses and then £50 million plus bonuses.

If they can increase their figure closer to £60 million plus bonuses, it may be enough to get the deal done.

Mount has once again told Chelsea he has no interest in sticking around at the club.
