Chelsea captain John Terry has credited interim manager Guus Hiddink with changing the club's fortunes this season.
The Blues are undefeated in the Premier League since the arrival of the Dutchman at Stamford Bridge in December.
However, he also points out that former manager Jose Mourinho's achievements with the club can't be forgotten after he guided them to last season's title before his axing at the end of last year.
Terry told talkSPORT: "Where we were [in the Premier League table] was unacceptable.
"The way we were performing under Jose – we didn't do him or ourselves any credit.
"The form was always going to come, let's not take it away from Guus and what he's done but it's not fair on Jose because he's been unbelievable for our club.
"Guus has come in and picked up the reigns again and put us in the right direction."
