Chelsea signing Sterling: I'm here to win the Champions League

Chelsea new boy Raheem Sterling hopes to win the Champions League with the west London club.

The England star, who swapped Premier League champions Manchester City for the Stamford Bridge stadium club, is hugely ambitious.

While some may feel Sterling chose a significant contract and regular football at Chelsea over City, he believes the Blues are on the way up.

"I have got to play some football to see that," said Sterling.

"I haven't played Champions League football with Chelsea yet. They have obviously won it. I haven't. They have got bragging rights. But again, I am here to try to win it.

"I don't know if I am better off here or there [at Man City] – it is not really my forte. I will just go out and try to help the team as I do every season."
