Chelsea have held talks with Southampton over bringing back their former right-back Tino Livramento.
Southampton have decided that the 20-year old is valued at £38 million, which is pricing Newcastle United out of a move.
Per The Mail, Chelsea are now considering adding Livramento back to their squad.
There is some surprise at the move, as Reece James and Malo Gusto are at Stamford Bridge.
However, the outlet suggest the deal may involve loaning Livramento back to the Saints for one season.
He would play in the Championship this term and then go to the Chelsea first team.
