Chelsea have joined the interest in Montpellier striker Elye Wahi.

Wahi is a target for Arsenal chief Edu, with MHSC president Laurent Nicollin admitting contact

“We know that he likes Arsenal a lot," said Nicollin last month.

However, L'Equipe says Chelsea have now expressed interest in the centre-forward.

The 20-year-old netted 19 goals in 33 Ligue 1 appearances last season.
