Kante returned to training ahead of schedule after suffering a hamstring strain.
It was welcome news for Maurizio Sarri, who will be without Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Callum Hudson-Odoi due to injury.
The Blues face Arsenal in the final on May 29 in Baku.
