Newcastle United target Matheus Franca could be heading to the Premier League this summer.

The teenager was the subject of several bids from Newcastle United, but the Magpies were unable to agree a fee.

Chelsea are ready to outbid Newcastle, having already secured other Brazilian talents.

The Stamford Bridge club signed Andrey Santos from Vasco da Gama and are in talks to secure Angelo Gabriel from Santo.
