Chelsea are set to make a late move for Ajax fullback Gregory van der Wiel.
The Dutchman appears on his way to Valencia next week.
But the Mirror says Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas wants a new fullback signing in January and Van der Wiel is back on the agenda.
