Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel is waiting for new contact from PSV Eindhoven.

Now in the final stretch of his recovery from knee surgery, Van Ginkel has been linked with a loan return to PSV for the new season.

Eindhovens Dagblad says the midfielder is a target for PSV technical manager John de Jong, though not a priority.

For his part, Van Ginkel is keeping his options open - which include re-establishing himself at Chelsea.

Van Ginkel signed a new deal to June 2021 with the Blues earlier this summer.
