Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia is a target for two Premier League giants this summer.

The young former Manchester City star is wanted by Chelsea and Arsenal.

Per RMC Sport, Chelsea have already met with the player's brother to talk about a deal.

Arsenal are also keen on adding Lavia to their midfield, as they also look to secure Declan Rice from West Ham.

The Saints do want a big fee for Lavia, as he has several years remaining on his contract.
