Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah is back on the agenda of major Premier League clubs.
BILD's football chief Christian Falk is reporting Chelsea and Manchester United are bidding for Tah ahead of the summer market.
The 26-year-old recently switched agents to increase his chances of making a move in the summer transfer window.
The defender's contract with the German club runs until 2025.
