Chelsea and Manchester United are still keeping tabs on Bayer Leverkusen youngster Leon Bailey.

The 21-year-old has endured a muted start to the season.

The winger has only started five Bundesliga games, coming off the bench another five times.

He has a solitary assist to his name. But it appears United and Chelsea still consider him a long term target, especially if he can progress into the player they think he can be.

Bailey revealed earlier this week that he had rejected approaches from the likes of United and Chelsea when he was a teenager.
