Rennes striker Paul-Georges Ntep is attracting Premier League interest.
The Daily Express says Chelsea and Manchester City have joined Arsenal in the race for Ntep.
The Gunners hold a long-standing interest in Ntep dating back to his time playing for Auxerre.
Ntep came through the youth system with Yaya Sanogo and Arsene Wenger had hoped to bring both players to the Emirates at the same time.
But Ntep opted to stay in Ligue 1 and even snubbed a move to QPR last summer in favour of joining Rennes.
