Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is continuing to splash the cash in the transfer market.

While the European window for this summer has closed, Boehly is not done waving around his checkbook.

Brazilian youngster Gabriel Moscardo is the latest young talent who is set to join the Stamford Bridge club.

Per Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have put in an £18 million bid for the 17-year-old Corinthians midfielder.

Sport has gone on to say that while Barcelona are also interested, Chelsea are favourites.

Corinthians want a higher fee, with Moscardo already seen as one who can go all the way to the top.
