Chelsea are launching a swap offer for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

The Serbia international was expected to be sold by the Romans this summer, though as yet no offer has been received.

Calciomercato.com says Chelsea are interested as the club's new owners seek to rebuild manager Thomas Tuchel's squad.

It's suggested Chelsea hope to do business involving an exchange for Emerson Palmieri and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
