Chelsea invite Juventus to bid for Sarri

Chelsea won't block Maurizio Sarri should he wish to leave for Juventus this summer, it has been revealed.

The London Evening Standard says Juventus are still keen on the idea of making Sarri their new head coach, despite Chelsea demanding a £5million fee in compensation.

Sources within Chelsea say there is no longer a desire to get rid of him after they finished third in the Premier League.

However, it is understood Chelsea will not stand in his way if he wants to quit now for another post — on the proviso that £5m is paid, which is the salary owing on his contract.

It is believed Chelsea's demand will not be a stumbling block for Juventus.
