Chelsea goalkeeper Eddie Beach appreciates his chance with the first team.
Beach has been training with the seniors this season.
The former Southampton trainee told the club's website: "Training with the first team has been incredible for me. It is the first step to where I want to be. I am working with some of the best players in the world.
"The level of intensity and skill on display every day pushes me to become a better goalkeeper. I'm learning so much, not just about goalkeeping, but about the game as a whole.
"One of the most valuable things I have learned is the importance of communication on the pitch. Being vocal and organising the defence is crucial at that level. I have realised that being a goalkeeper is not just about making saves, it is about being a leader on the pitch and making split-second decisions that can impact the game."
