Chelsea fullback Ryan Bertrand hopes to see action in the Europa League final tonight.
Many will argue that Europe's second- tier competition is a sign of going backwards but in Bertrand's mind, it will show his progress and that of Chelsea, is still on the up.
He told the London Evening Standard: "I'm still coming to terms with what I was a part of in the Champions League last year.
"It's one of the reasons I looked forward to seeing the trophy again last week, to believe it happened. I have seen clips of the final but I have not watched the whole game back. It's strange. You'd think I'd be watching it all the time. Subconsciously, I think it's because I don't want to be looking back in my career already, I see it as the start.
"The Europa League trophy might be lighter than the Champions League but I definitely want to get another winners' medal. It's another iconic trophy to lift.
"It will be great to add another piece of silverware to the cabinet. After the tough times we've had this season, to win another trophy will show we have not done too bad."
