Bayer Leverkusen youngster Florian Wirtz could be heading to Chelsea this summer.

After selling former Leverkusen star Kai Havertz to Arsenal, Chelsea could be bringing in another Bundesliga star.

Per transfer insider Simon Phillips, Wirtz is a target for Blues boss Mauricio Pochettino.
