Thiago Silva has enjoyed his first weeks with new Chelsea manager Graham Potter.
Potter has now been in charge at Stamford Bridge for three weeks.
"He is a special guy, a very nice and humble guy," Thiago Silva told journalist Fred Caldeira.
"He doesn't have to be perfect in the dressing room.
"He knows how to manage the players and he is good at organising the team with his very humane and humble communication."
