Porto are considering making midfielder Fernando available for the January market.
With Inter Milan keeping tabs on the 24 year-old this season, Italian media sources say Porto are prepared to sell for £10 million.
Should he become available, Porto will also be approached by Chelsea, where their former coach Andre Villas-Boas would love to bring Fernando to London.
The defensive midfielder would add the steel to AVB's system that has been missing due to Michael Essien's absence.
