Chelsea loan manager Tore Andre Flo is delighted for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer over his success at Manchester United.

The pair are former Norway teammates.

"He's done so well. I can't understand that he doesn't get the job permanently," Flo told VG.

"Everyone in Norway is so proud of what Ole Gunnar is doing at the moment. It has been an incredible start for him."

On his current role with Chelsea, he added: "It's about one and a year. But I enjoy it, and I continue in this role until Chelsea want me to do something else."
