Chelsea boss Pochettino: We can't change Grealish hand-ball ruling

Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino admits they cannot dwell on their FA Cup semifinal defeat to Manchster City.

Ahead of tomorrow's clash with Arsenal, Pochettino was asked about an apparent handball against Jack Grealish.

He said, "The most important thing is to talk about my games and my club. I'm disappointed that we didn't win on Saturday.

"Of course, there is an action that maybe the referee or VAR can interpret is a penalty or not. But we need to move on because we cannot change it."

On the mood of his players, he continued: "The mood is good because we played so well against one of the best teams in the world [Manchester City].

"Our performance was really good, positive things that we need to take. We conceded a goal that we shouldn't concede but that's football. We created so many chances against the best team in the world, that is a good thing.

"We need to keep working in this way in the future. To reach this level we have to keep working, try to add things to the team that can help us. This is our first season together.

"We need to be happy because the evolution is situations is good."

On matching Arsenal, he added: "We are confident to one day get to the same level. Of course, we are optimistic and in football the most important is to believe and have the plan to get to this level.

"Arsenal were in a different situation a few years ago when Arteta arrived. Then with time, a few years of trust and confidence in him, they're there. It's happened with different coaches like Pep [Guardiola] or Klopp.

"We need to have time to work."
