Chelsea defender Thiago Silva could be a problem for his head coach at the club this season.
Silva, a veteran who has starred for AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain, is causing issues for Mauricio Pochettino.
That is the view of The Telegraph, who state that Pochettino may not want to go against Silva in terms of the team's defensive setup.
Silva sets standards in training and is often one of the most vocal in the locker room.
The way Chelsea must play is also different with Silva in the team, given his lack of pace.
However, the veteran appears to be the least of the club's issues at present, given their recent struggles in front of goal.
