Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino admits he's delighted with Conor Gallagher's form this season.

Pochettino says the midfielder is now becoming a crucial member of his first-choice XI.

He said, "He is always a player who speaks on the pitch or in training.

"He is very professional. He is not a player who will complain – if he is not performing – about his position, the style, or the philosophy.

"He is a player that is not autocratic, and he will always give his best to the team. It is why he is performing and a really important player for us now."
