Chelsea fans have another injury to concern themselves with after their midweek game.

The Blues did manage to pick up a win, beating Brighton 1-0 at home to progress to the Carabao Cup fourth round.

However, manager Mauricio Pochettino sparked fresh concerns over Ben Chilwell's fitness post-game, admitting the left-back may have a hamstring problem.

“Is Chilwell injured? Yes," he told reporters post-match.

“We need to assess it tomorrow but I think it is hamstring," he added.

The 26-year-old has spent more time on the treatment table since joining the club from Leicester City than playing games.
