Chelsea and Roma have agreed terms for Romelu Lukaku.

Lukaku is ready to move to the Giallorossi on a season-long loan, with two clubs having settled terms.

Roma will pay €5m for the 12 month deal with no permanent option included, says Sky Italia.

Roma have offered Lukaku a deal worth €7m, while he is demanding €8.5m to make the move.

However, a compromise is expected to be reached for €7.5m.
