Eden Hazard suggests the on-field pairing of he and Kevin De Bruyne could be vital for Belgium at Euro2016.

As the Red Devils prepare for Monday night's Group E clash wth Italy in Lyon, the Chelsea star spoke of Manchester City's De Bruyne and what the pair can bring to the team at the tournament in France this summer.

"On the pitch we really try to link up," Belgium captain Hazard said of De Bruyne.

"We are players who can make the difference. If it is not my day, it can be his."

Hazard also touched on the expectations of the Belgian side who are currently ranked second in the world behind Argentina.

"This is the moment that everyone in Belgium has been waiting for. The whole 'golden generation' is really waiting for it," he added.

"There are a lot of people who believe we can achieve something great."
