Promoted Cesena have announced the signing of Japan defender Yuto Nagamoto.

The full-back has arrived on a one-year loan from FC Tokyo, with the option to sign outright next summer.

Born in September 1986, he made four appearances for his country at South Africa 2010 as they reached the last 16.

Nagamoto was also interesting Birmingham City.
