Former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas is enjoying watching Mikel Arteta's team this season.
Cesc was impressed by the Gunners' victory over Manchester City on Sunday.
He told Sky Sports: "I saw the match between Arsenal and Manchester City and it was very good tactically even without many chances. The two coaches have changed a lot because they know each other well. I learned a lot by watching them."
Asked about Tottenham's title chances, Cesc added: "Not for the moment, in fact I hope they don't succeed... (laughs). Both because of my past with Arsenal and with Chelsea.
"Without a doubt, however, they play great football and have started well. City, Arsenal and Liverpool in my opinion are the strongest teams in this Premier League."
