Celta Vigo coach Rafa Benitez insists there's no panic over their poor season.

Celta meet Sevilla this weekend, with Benitez under pressure.

But he insisted today: "Of the eleven games we have played, in nine we have deserved more. Its a reality. If they are hindering you in your race every three kilometers, you cannot expect to reach the finish line first because they are not going to let you, for one reason or another.

"What we have to do is keep getting up and running as fast as we can. This match is one more and let's hope we don't stumble. In athletics, someone who wants to achieve a goal and falls, and they trip him again and he falls, surely the guy says 'I'm not there' and surely he has anxiety and pressure. What makes me optimistic about the future is that I see that the team is clear about what it has to do, it tries and even if it doesn't succeed, the following week it gets up and does it again.

"Even if they trip us up, we continue and continue. Our fans see that in this race they have tripped us up a few times, but the team gets up and continues."
