Carles Alena admits Barcelona B players have been in tears in recent games.
Barca B are facing relegation from the Segunda Division after a run of nine consecutive games without a win. Defeat to Rayo Vallecano on the weekend was their fifth in a row.
Alena, who has seen senior Copa action this season, told Sport: "There has been a lot of players crying, but you have to get up.
"It's very easy to criticise us, I only listen to criticism from those at home."
On coach Gerard Lopez, the midfielder added: "Gerard has brought us here and there is maximum confidence in him, the players are responsible."
